RETURN POLICY
We have a 7 day return policy. Acceptable returns would be racket damage and/or defects or wrong item sent. We deal with every customer's needs and concerns on a case by case basis, so if there is any issue, please do not hesitate to contact us, thanks!
REPLACEMENT POLICY
We provide a "no questions asked" replacement fee of $40 for any of our Abroz models. Please provide pictures of current racket if it's broken or cracked. If racket is stil in working condition, yo will not be able to use the replacement option. Replacement option is only available if your racket is broken or unusable. This is to prevent people from abusing the option to get more rackets. You will be responsible for shipping fee.
