Our rackets come with a 7 day return policy. if the racket comes damaged in the mail, we will replace at no extra cost to you. if racket breaks within 7 days, please let us know so we may better help you with this. if it is a defect, we will replace at no cost. if racket is broken by player, you will be able to pay replacement fee (55$) plus shipping for a new model rather than paying full price for a new one. this does not apply for all rackets. please contact us for more details.

If you're in need of a replacement for your racket (raquet breaks for whatever reason other than a defect) we offer a "no questions asked" replacement for a new model (same model) for $55 for Dragon and Venom series, and $90 for PT and Stealth series. If racket is still in working condition, you will not be able to use the replacement option. Replacement option is only available if you racket is broken or unusable. This is to prevent people from abusing the option to get more rackets. You will be responsible for shipping fee. if you request to check for defect, you must send racket back to us to send in for inspection. Once Inspected, if the racket is deemed a defect, we will send you a new racket at no cost to you. You will only pay the shipping to send back to us. We will pay shipping to send to you. If racket is not defective, you will have option to pay replacement fee for new racket, as well as shipping to your location or local pick up.
